ABOUT BIG and STRONG
This program is designed to simultaneously develop maximal strength and hypertrophy (muscle mass).
We employ the same methods and systems that are used to quickly develop strength and size in elite AFL and NRL players. Sessions are split between upper body and lower body allowing you to recover between workouts and get more from your training.

Big and Strong can be completed in most large commercial gyms
Suitable for intermediate to advanced users
4 week program (progressed and updated with different loading schemes, exercises and challenges after each 4 week block)
5 different sessions per week (2 x lower body, 3 x upper body)
Session duration 60-80mins
Incorporates appropriate warm up, strength and trunk/ core
Programs sent straight to your phone via the TrainHeroic app
Record and track your training sessions, wellness and loads (weight lifted)
Do the sessions when you want
Videos and descriptions of each exercise and each session
